Overview of the Investment Proposition Reporting Consultant role within the Product Communications and Reporting Department in Pensions and Savings.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Location: Edinburgh. All roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.
  • Closing Date: 1st May
  • Salary and Benefits: Up to £40,000 dependent upon experience plus an indicative bonus range of 8% to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, pension, life assurance, income protection, volunteering days.

Responsibilities:

  • Transform complex investment information into clear, engaging, and accessible reporting to support high quality, customer focused fund and solution communications.
  • Produce fund fact sheets, infographics, performance reporting and other external facing information, ensuring fit for purpose and meeting customer needs.
  • Develop new investment reporting and changes to existing reporting, including small updates and larger regulatory or propositional change initiatives; support the implementation of reporting changes with accuracy and alignment to business objectives.
  • Carry out investigations and provide technical support to other business areas.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of investments and investment propositions for the UK pensions industry.
  • Practical experience of creation and change of customer facing investment reporting.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information, ideas and plans to stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally at all levels.
  • Proficient with Excel, including spreadsheet creation, calculations, and clear data presentation.
