Standard Life plc is seeking a People Analytics Consultant to join the People Analytics & Insights team. You will provide data-driven insights on colleagues and culture to the People Function and wider organisation, working in a hybrid setup across London, Birmingham, Telford and Edinburgh.

The role involves partnering with stakeholders, educating the function on data-driven decision making, and delivering insights using analytics tools such as Visier, OrgVue, Peakon and Oracle HCM Cloud.
