The role: We’re looking for an AI & Performance Manager with strong experience in business transformation, strategy delivery and/or business management roles to help us shape better retirements across the UK. In our Engineering & Transformation, you’ll play a key role in leading on the adoption of AI across RS&AM, translating strategy into tangible business outcomes. In addition, you’ll act as the interface between engineering, data and business teams, ensuring AI delivers measurable value while embedding robust governance, operating discipline and business management across Engineering & Transformation.
What are we looking for?
- Define and lead the RS&AM AI adoption roadmap and culture shift, aligned to transformation priorities, translating AI capability into practical, deployable solutions.
- Identify and prioritise a pipeline of AI use cases across business functions, driving transition from experimentation to production.
- Establish governance for AI prioritisation, risk and control – ensuring compliance with policy, regulatory and ethical AI standards.
- As Business Manager, support execution of strategic and tactical initiatives across Engineering & Transformation.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and engineering/data teams.
- Build senior relationships across business, transformation and technology to support prioritisation and delivery.
