We are looking for a confident, people-focused Guest Services Agent to be the friendly voice behind our hotel’s reservations and guest communications. You’ll take ownership of the conversations that matter most, managing and amending reservations with accuracy and care, supporting guests with questions and requests, and keeping our systems up to date across various platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering both internal and external calls
- Managing and amending reservations
- Supporting guests with questions and requests
- Keeping financial details secure, processing deposits and payments
- Following up on no-shows
- Ensuring every arrival is prepared for the Front Office team
- Responding to queries and managing shared inboxes
If you’re organised, confident on the phone, great with detail, and love making people feel looked after, this role puts you at the centre of it all.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a phone agent with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests
- Experience in a similar ‘Lifestyle’ or boutique hotel sector is advantageous
- Sociable, motivated, and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Fluency in English is essential; any additional languages are a plus
- Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekend cover
