The Standard Inn is a much-loved Cornish pub overlooking the stunning Roseland Peninsula. Under the ownership of Simon Stallard (The Hidden Hut), we are passionate about simple, seasonal food done exceptionally well — celebrating Cornwall’s incredible larder, local suppliers, and coastal heritage.
We are building a strong, talented kitchen team and are looking for an experienced, driven chef to join us full-time.
We’re seeking a commis Chef who:
- Has experience in a fresh-food kitchen
- Understands seasonality and local sourcing
