We aim to be a one-stop gateway providing supply chain and liquidity management for corporates and financial institutions. Standard Chartered’s Cash management business sits within its Transaction Banking business with presence in over 40 countries managing over c.$200bn of Corporate and FI client deposits. It offers a holistic suite of payment and liquidity management solutions to our clients whilst being at the forefront of product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: The role is part of the E & A Finance team responsible for all Product and Client Coverage performance management reporting for CIB in Europe. This includes supporting various Business Heads, Cluster CEO and coverage heads across our Global footprint to understand, manage and drive the complex business and operations within Europe.
- Business: Partner with key TB business stakeholders to support strategic priorities across the business, including portfolio growth, RWA and capital management to deliver improving returns.
- Processes: Providing timely and accurate performance summary reports to Group TB Finance team, ensuring Business Finance is involved in all financial information and analysis provided.
- People and Talent: Timely and proactive identification of MIS requirements and coordination with information process owners to ensure that these requirements are met efficiently.
- Risk Management: Work with the business and other support teams to identify and correct inaccurate financial information caused by issues in static data, systems or processes.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant, with degree in finance or economics; MBA/CA or other post graduate qualifications.
- Ten plus years of experience in financial planning and analysis gained in leading financial services companies.
- Strong working knowledge of the CIB business.
- Excellent communication skills, written and presentation.
- Proven problem solver using quantitative techniques; strong analytical skills.
