Join a fast-paced, global Markets environment as a Senior Analyst in Prime Middle Office, where you’ll play a key role in supporting trading activities across FX, Commodities, Rates, and FX Options. You’ll be at the heart of the trade lifecycle—partnering with Front Office, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution, accurate reconciliation, and exceptional client support. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to complex products, global workflows, and transformation initiatives—including emerging areas such as ETD and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily Prime Middle Office activities including trade matching, reconciliation, and lifecycle management
  • Provide timely and effective support for client trading activity across multiple asset classes
  • Monitor credit limits in real time and liaise with Risk teams to manage exposures
  • Investigate and resolve trade queries, ensuring timely escalation where required
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver a "follow-the-sun" support model
  • Partner with Technology and project teams on product enhancements and new initiatives
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Front Office, Legal, Credit, and IT
  • Ensure adherence to operational risk frameworks, controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Support business continuity planning and maintain up-to-date process documentation

Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience in Middle Office, Operations, or Trade Support within Prime financial services
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes across asset classes (FX, Rates, Commodities, FXO preferred)
  • Knowledge of reconciliation, trade matching, and client servicing workflows
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex issues
  • Strong communication skills with confidence working across global teams and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience working with trading systems and operational tools
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Fluency in English
