We are looking for a proactive, solutions-focused HR Advisor to deliver high-quality, practical advice to leaders and employees across Europe and the Americas. This is a hands-on, stakeholder-facing role where you will manage a varied advisory caseload, help leaders navigate complex people situations, and embed a fair and consistent colleague experience.

You will coach People Leaders through a variety of leadership moments, including performance management, team effectiveness and development; support early intervention in employee relations matters, and contribute to key talent and engagement cycles.
