Job Summary
The Skills Solutions & Work Design Lead will play a critical role in implementing a skills-first approach that ensures the right people with the right skills are in the right place at the right time, aligning with the Bank\’s strategy. The role involves transforming current role structures into task-based units, identifying specific skill requirements, and collaborating with HRBPs and business stakeholders to align work with strategic priorities. Additionally, the lead will work closely with Organizational Design to develop a framework that integrates these aspects into the overall organizational structure, including automating work processes and enabling project-based or \’gig\’ work models.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and deploy skills in alignment with the Bank\’s strategy and market trends.
- Develop a framework for deconstructing jobs into tasks matched to skill requirements.
- Lead initiatives to automate and enhance work through technology, and facilitate role reallocation for flexible work arrangements.
- Ensure adherence to Bank values such as \’Better Together\’, \’Never Settle\’, and \’Do the Right Thing\’.
- Identify talent process risks and suggest controls and mitigations.
