Are you a subject matter expert in FX/O products with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence? We’re looking for an Associate Director, Markets Middle Office to drive efficiency, risk management, and innovation while supporting our Trading and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to expert for FX/O products, ensuring seamless trade lifecycle management.
- Enhance client experience by developing innovative solutions and driving process improvements.
- Work closely with regional and global teams to implement a “follow the sun” support model.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Trading, Sales, Credit, Operations, IT, and Product Control.
- Lead and support new business enablement and strategic FX/O initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to Trading and Sales activities.
- Own query remediation, trade life-cycling, and risk mitigation.
- Drive continuous improvement by partnering with Technology & COO teams.
- Ensure adherence to key controls, governance, and business continuity planning.
- Work with industry bodies and vendors to enhance processes and drive efficiencies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in Middle Office within FX and FXO products.
- Knowledge of macro products (commodities, rates, structured credit) is a plus.
- Expertise in process improvement, change management, and risk mitigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Middle Office, Operational Functions, or Back Office.
- Strong understanding of trading systems, booking models, and market risk.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively across regions.
