Associate, Money Markets & Financing Sales, Financial Markets Our ideal candidate requires roughly 1-2 years or equivalent experience in Market Financing Sales. They need a basic understanding of Financial Marketβs Growth strategy and Client suite. Should have input into Client-level budgets and understand the key Client Wallets in the Money Markets & Financing sector. The candidate will need to support Senior Members of the desk with Trade Bookings & support activities and build relationships with clients. Our ideal candidate will be able to understand market dynamics, regulatory landscape and macro environment shaping financing markets. We are also looking for the potential to grow into alternative financing asset classes outside of fixed income. The diligent booking & timely execution of high volume flow trade, generation of Trade Ideas and driving business growth. Key products covered will be Repo, Money Markets, Foreign Exchange & Interest Rate Derivatives. Identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks to the Group relating to the money markets and financing business. Close liaison with Traded Credit Risk Management & other stakeholders to ensure accurate adherence to Risk Limits set at client level. All employees will need to keep up to date on learnings and for this role the CISI Capital Markets exams.
