We're looking for a proactive and commercially aware Middle Office Director to join our team and play a key role in strengthening the risk and control environment across the Markets business. This is an exciting opportunity for a risk professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across business, operations, compliance, audit and risk teams.

The successful candidate will support the identification, assessment and mitigation of risks, help embed robust controls into day-to-day business activity, and ensure the business remains aligned with regulatory expectations and internal standards.

You'll be at the heart of driving a strong risk culture, improving frameworks, supporting regulatory engagement, and partnering with stakeholders across Markets and CIB to deliver practical, effective and sustainable risk management outcomes.
