Join our dynamic team as an Associate, Loans and Agency, where you'll play a key role in supporting Structured Export Finance and Agency Operations. Your primary focus will be to ensure Export Credit Agency (ECA) backed facilities are in line with required terms and conditions. This role involves thorough checking of documentation, monitoring ECA conditions, and liaising with various stakeholders for clarity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Review: Scrutinize documents presented for each utilization under ECA-backed facilities, ensuring compliance with Commercial Contracts, Facility Agreements, and ECA Agreements.
- Ongoing Monitoring: Ensure that ECA coverage remains intact throughout the facility's term by monitoring conditions closely.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with Exporters and Facility Agents to clarify or amend documentation when required.
- Risk Management: Identify, predict, and mitigate potential risks by managing exceptions and ensuring adherence to department checklists and processes.
- Operational Efficiency: Drive initiatives to streamline processes, improve team efficiency, and reduce operational risks.
