Key Responsibilities:
- Origination, structuring, coverage and execution of aviation mandates in Europe, Americas, Middle East.
- Supporting deal team leaders in end-to-end origination to execution including due diligence, financial modelling, preparation and presentation of information memoranda, business credit applications, supporting documentation and execution of transactions to reach financial close and funding.
- Transactions could include advisory and industry analytics where work scope would extend to industry research, analysis of company financials, preparation of pitchbooks.
- Support the strategic development of the business which includes management and execution of ad-hoc projects.
