Standard Bank of South Africa Limited seeks an experienced People and Culture business partner to deliver end-to-end advisory and support for allocated portfolios, applying specialist P&C knowledge to resolve complex challenges and align people strategies with business objectives.

Independently, you will act as custodian of COE systems, ensure governance and data policy compliance, collaborate with finance and operations on workforce planning, and contribute to organisational design and change.
