Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking Role Overview New Business Acquisition is responsible for driving new business growth by securing clients for Standard Bank’s fleet management solutions. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, excellent networking capabilities, and a high closing ratio to successfully convert leads into long-term clients. Actively identify, target, and acquire new clients to expand the fleet management portfolio. Leverage industry connections and market insights to generate high-quality leads and uncover new business opportunities. Present and position fleet cards, managed maintenance, full maintenance leasing, and Standard Bank’s value added products to meet client needs. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate key markets and industries. Effectively convert leads into signed agreements through strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Work closely with relationship managers and internal teams to ensure a seamless client acquisition process. Consistently achieve or exceed new business acquisition targets through proactive engagement and deal execution. Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree Field of Study: Business Commerce required Experience Required: 3-4 Years Experience Experience within the Fleet management industry. Experience in sales, service and deal making. Experience in Fleet Card, Full maintenance rental and management maintenance.
