Business Segment: Corporate & Investment Banking
Location: GB, England, London, 20 Gresham Street
Develop and implement Marketing and Communication strategies and plans to deliver results to the International Business, support a universal bank role and the Africa China corridor including ICBC projects for the Group. Responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications plans, projects and campaigns for all international regions (London, New York, Beijing and Dubai). Drive positive employee engagement through relevant and impactful internal marketing and communications plans in partnership with Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) business unites and regions to position CIB International as the employee brand of choice.
Responsibilities Qualifications
- First Degree
- Social Sciences / Public Relations / Journalism / Marketing
- Experience Required
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing and Communications Business Partnering. Experience engaging with stakeholders to understand and deliver marketing campaigns to support the business.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Internal Communications and Employee Marketing experience. Experience engaging with stakeholder to develop and deliver internal communication through creative and effective mechanisms with strong messaging.
