To work independently and provide end-to-end People and Culture (P&C) value chain business partner support for relevant portfolio/s, applying specialist knowledge and judgement to resolve complex challenges.
To provide business partnering advisory support to business stakeholders within the allocated portfolio/s of responsibility, giving P&C guidance in support of the overall people experience and business objectives in an ever-changing environment.
Qualifications
Experience Required
- 5 - 7 years experience in People & Culture
- Knowledge and understanding of the role P&C management plays in enabling business commercial and social relevance, acquired through relevant experience.
Demonstrated track record successfully implementing integrated, effective & lasting P&C products/solutions in support of business specific objectives and driving better performance in the businesses.
Knowledge and application of best in class P&C impact measures.
Experience within a multinational company working with senior management teams in a complex environment.
- Key Outputs
- Act as custodian of COE business systems, identifying issues related to their usage and initiating the appropriate action with the relevant stakeholders; promoting effective and efficient usage of all P&C systems.
- Adhere to and advise on the P&C risk and governance framework to ensure that risks are appropriately mitigated in the portfolio/s.
- Adhere to P&C data policies in line with Standard Bank Group (SBG) data standards so that quality data is consistently and appropriately stored, used and managed.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams regarding workforce planning within work area, confirming compliance with budgetary requirements; contributing to accurate information on costs.
- Engage in the implementation of organisational design and change management initiatives within the portfolio/s to support the successful implementation and acceptance thereof, delivering on the People Promise.
