Qualifications
To identify and highlight data misalignment between the bank's customer master file (SAP CRM) and partner systems (e. g., Home Loans, VAF, etc.) and to initiate remediation efforts for misaligned data.
To work with interface specifications or manage any other process that involves how data is integrated into a specific IT architecture and systems.
Experience Required
- 5 - 7 years experience in Data & Analystics
- The role requires a good understanding of data principles, how data fit's in an organisation and more specifically bank's data including customers, products as well as transactional information.
In addition, the roles requires knowledge of integration patterns, styles, protocols and systems theory.
Key Outputs
- Act as a subject matter expert from a data integration perspective and provides input into all decisions relating to integration and the use thereof.
Provide guidance in terms of setting governance standards.
- Use of core internal banking systems such as Finacle.
- Fix data misalignment between the customer master file and the partner systems as agreed with Partner System owners and Data Remediation teams and drive the fixing data errors emanating from the integration causing misalignments between the customer master file and partner systems.
- Implement processes for executing partner system alignment as designed by the manager and provide input into process enhancements that deals with the dynamics of partner systems alignment.
- Proactively monitor, evaluate and review the field of data management and analytics to maintain awareness of developments in the field and industry.
Identify best practices and propose new and improved processes and where required discuss any changes with the relevant stakeholder to ensure that the bank remains relevant and in line with current practices.
- Works closely with Compliance Team to ensure that all compliance requirements are met when aligning data between partner systems and the customer master file.
Also, ensure data stewards are aligned with Compliance on the partner systems alignment journey.
