To support the Manager, Treasury Operations, Wealth International in ensuring governance and control over all activities carried out within the area, including Central Records, Structured Products, Treasury Support and Funding activities to deliver high levels of client service while minimising the risk to clients and the Bank.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric Diploma in Finance and Accounting
- Experience Required: 5 - 7 years experience in Operations Banking treasury experience and team leadership/management experience.
Key Outputs
- Act as the first point of escalation for all challenges experienced by the team and provide on the job coaching and support.
- Enable the achievement of the Treasury Operations strategy and objectives through the development and implementation of a tactical plan with targets.
- Ensure that all incidents and complaints are managed within service level agreements and that regulatory guidelines are followed.
- Ensure that all payments are processed in line with the bank's guidelines and payment procedures and that all non-payment related entries are recorded.
- Identify areas for improvements and make recommendations to the Operations Management.
