To drive the implementation of the Real Estate Services (RES) enablement plan for Standard Bank Offshore, covering the Isle of Man and Jersey.
The role is Isle of Man based, with responsibility for managing a local Isle of Man team and a remote Jersey team.
To enable the achievement of the business strategy and goals across both jurisdictions.
To lead, manage and deliver on the RES capabilities with specific focus on leasing in of space, Property Management, Facilities Management, Technical Services, Logistics, Project Management and Physical Security across both jurisdictions.
Minimum Qualification
- Qualification in Physical Planning - relevant; property, facilities, building management, and space planning.
Project Management - core; real estate and facilities roles involve constant project and programme delivery.
Experience Required
- 8- 10years experience in Real Estate Management
- The role requires an experienced individual who is customer focused with proven organisational capability of implementing Real Estate Services projects, gained from a track record of 8 years in functional leadership.
Key Outputs
- Identify and deliver fit-for-purpose Real Estate solutions that enable a consistent workplace experience across the Isle of Man and Jersey
- Implement Real Estate Governance standards and fundamentals for lease, buy, sell, and develop within the Isle of Man and Jersey.
Monitor adherence to minimum standards relating to retail and commercial infrastructure development and physical security.
- Monitor and control adherence to minimum standards for Real Estate Services across the Isle of Man and Jersey, to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory laws applicable to each jurisdiction.
- Drive the implementation of physical corporate infrastructure projects. Maintain and manage facilities for corporate infrastructure.
- Lead the implementation of the Real Estate Services practical plan across the Isle of Man and Jersey to ensure alignment and realisation of respective jurisdictional objectives.
