StandardAero has an exciting opportunity for a strategic Human Resources Leader to join one of the largest independent aviation service businesses in the world. The Company is a global organization with ~7000 employees working out of facilities strategically located in 55 primary locations across 6 continents.

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for StandardAero’s Commercial Engine Services, the role requires experience managing multiple locations and experience within aerospace, engineering, manufacturing or production environments.

Professional Qualifications and Training

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) to demonstrate capability within the HR field.

Other Factors

  • This role requires a fully office‑based presence.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the UK.
