Key responsibilities and duties:
β’ Organise and minute meetings as required
β’ Facilitate and co-ordinate meetings and meeting rooms
β’ Carry our reception duties of external visitors including contractors
β’ Work with building Wardens to carry out delegated duties
β’ Co-ordinate with facilities department for Hangar Maintenance
β’ Carry out postal duties around the business unit
β’ Maintain workforce list and lease with Human Resources to ensure Navixa accuracy
β’ Facilitate mass email notifications
β’ Work with Occupational health to ensure Appointments are attended (If new provider allows)
β’ Facilitate hospitality requirements for customer and VIP Visits
β’ Carry out purchase requests raising for BU
β’ Prepare reports/briefs when required for Rotary Leadership team
β’ Ensuring Office consumables are stocked and available
β’ Co-Ordinate BU Wide activities as required
β’ Carry out Continuous Improvement projects and coordinate activities for stakeholders in the BU
β’ Carryout staff engagement activities
β’ Assist with budgeting, monitor expenditures and resource procurement
β’ Other duties as the need arises and as directed by Line Management
β’ Support to Executive Assistants within StandardAero UK

β’ Capable of receiving UK SC level Clearance

Organisational Relationships:
β’ Reports to the Operations Director within the Rotary Leadership Team
β’ Will be required to build relationships with all levels in the BU and above.
