Key responsibilities and duties:
- Verify all maintenance on a product as per customer requirement has been fulfilled
- Verify all mandatory maintenance tasks as directed by relevant national aviation authorities has been fulfilled
- Ensure all maintenance tasks in the technical pack has been stamped/signed for while ensuring traceability of components
- Update Engine/module log books to document maintenance carried out in line with regulatory requirements
- Update component life details in Engine/module log books
- Provide both Civil and Military certification for relevant maintenance
- Ensure all release to service tasks have been complied with in a manner satisfactory to relevant National Aviation Authority regulations
- Adherence to company Health and Safety requirements
- Carry out any other reasonable requests for the benefit of the business
- Adherence to company Quality Management System and procedures
- Participate in out of hours support where both reasonable and practicable as requested for the business requirements
Competencies:
- The ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawing, Manuals and Technical Instructions is essential.
- Strong communication skills
- A working Knowledge of EASA/CAA Part 145
Organisational Relationships:
- Reports to the M250 Engineering Team Leader
- Maintains a High Level of Support to the business unit operations team(s)
- Interaction with Customer Service Team
- Works with relevant support areas representatives to aid in control of repair supply chain spares
Professional Qualifications/Education and Training:
- A thorough understanding of Airworthiness Regulations
- Must be over 21 Years Old (CAA Signatory Requirement)
- A working Knowledge of M250 Engines
- Experience in Aerospace/aviation industry
Desirable:
- Years type experience on the Rolls Royce M250 Engine
- Recent experience in repair / Overhaul of Rolls-Royce M250 Engine
