Key Responsibilities:
Configure machines based on specific job requirements, including the adjustment of components and machine parameters.
Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Monitor machine performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Adhere strictly to health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Qualifications:
Higher or National 5 level grades preferred but not essential.
Basic understanding of machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
Familiarity with technical drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to health and safety compliance.
Flexibility and reliability to support production needs within a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
Manual dexterity and coordination for handling precision tools and equipment.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during inspections and measurements.
