This is a busy, grown-up environment with high volumes, complex workflows, and serious data. The leadership team understands the difference between having Proclaim and running it properly.
They’re hiring a Proclaim Developer who wants ownership, not tickets. Someone who understands that workflows don’t fail because of code alone, but because they weren’t designed with reality in mind. What you’ll actually be doing:
- Taking end-to-end responsibility for Proclaim changes, from initial scoping through to delivery.
- Running proper discovery with legal, operational and senior stakeholders to understand how work really flows.
- Building and maintaining Proclaim in a live, high-throughput environment where downtime and bad data are not tolerated.
- Designing workflows that shorten handling times, protect data quality and don’t crumble at scale.
