Standard 8 represents a Manchester based business looking for an IT Support Engineer who can handle the real-world support stuff properly. Not just password resets and ticket shuffling. This is a hands-on first and second-line role covering users, kit, printers, Microsoft 365, Windows devices and the usual mix of "this worked yesterday" problems.
