Solicitor Debt Recovery Liverpool (Hybrid – office-based most of the week, one day WFH) £45k – 55k + benefits We’re partnering with a well-established legal group that’s reshaping how debt recovery is done. Forget rigid billing targets and layers of hierarchy, this is a place where the focus is on doing quality work, developing people and keeping things straightforward. You’ll work with a team handling a busy caseload of claims matters. It’s a genuinely mixed role part hands-on litigation, part mentoring, part problem-solving ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and delivery. The role in a nutshell: • Apply your knowledge of civil procedure to guide the process • Draft legal documents, statements and submissions • Represent clients at hearings and negotiate settlements • Maintain clear communication and realistic expectations with clients • Support and motivate your team to keep cases moving efficiently You’ll bring: • A background as a Solicitor / CILEX / FILEX (or similar) • Around 4 years’ experience in debt recovery or small claims litigation • Confidence working under the Civil Procedure Rules • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail • The ability to balance leadership with hands-on work • A pragmatic attitude and a bit of personality wouldn’t go amiss
