Standard 8 are working exclusively with an established and Professional Services business where Proclaim isn’t a side system, it’s the engine room.
This is a high‑volume environment with mature processes, serious data requirements and a leadership team that actually cares whether the platform is doing its job properly.
They’re looking for a Proclaim Developer who can take real ownership. Someone who doesn’t just build workflows, but understands why they exist, how they break at scale and how to shape them so the system stays robust as the business evolves.
This is not a ticket‑factory role. You’ll be trusted to scope work properly, challenge assumptions and align technical decisions with operational reality.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning the lifecycle of Proclaim development: scoping, design, build.
- Running structured discovery with legal, operational and leadership stakeholders to translate real‑world problems into workable system solutions
- Developing, configuring and maintaining Proclaim in a live, high‑throughput environment
- Designing workflows that reduce handling time, improve data quality and stand up under pressure
- Writing and optimising SQL for reporting
- Reviewing existing processes and proactively identifying where Proclaim is creating drag, risk or unnecessary complexity
- Acting as a trusted technical voice in change discussions – pragmatic, calm, and commercially aware
What you’ll need
- Solid, hands‑on experience with Proclaim
- Strong SQL Server capability with confidence around
- Reporting and data
- Experience working through scoping phases and managing stakeholder expectations before a line of code is written
- The confidence to engage non‑technical stakeholders and keep conversations focused on outcomes, not noise
- A mindset geared towards fixing problems properly, not papering over cracks
