Standard 8 is recruiting a Paid Social Executive & Content Creator for an established financial services business with offices across the UK.
They’re putting more money into paid social and need somebody who can handle both halves of the job.
Make the ads. Run the ads. Work out whether the ads have made any money.
If you can shoot and edit a decent Reel but also know your way around Meta Ads Manager, audiences, lead forms, budgets and CPLs, this should be worth a chat.
The job
Most of the paid activity is lead generation across Facebook and Instagram.
You’ll build campaigns, manage audiences and budgets, set up lead forms and keep testing creative until you have a reasonably good idea of what works and what Meta has merely decided to bless this week.
There’s a proper content element too.
You’ll film and edit short-form video, create static ads and produce organic content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
That means getting colleagues on camera, giving them enough direction to stop them staring at the lens like they’ve been taken hostage, and occasionally appearing in the content yourself.
