My client is a well-established, privately owned specialist Civil Engineering contractor who has grown successfully and become a leading player in the residential groundworks sector. To continue this growth, they are looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to their expanding Commercial team at their offices in Mid Bedfordshire.
The successful candidate will work on projects in Beds, Herts, and Bucks, supported by a Senior QS when needed. They will take responsibility for packages with individual values typically between £500k and £5M.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this individual will possess an ambitious and positive mindset and work well within business teams. As a business that recognises the value of its team members, structured training and development will be mapped out and delivered.
