Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks in Bedford

My client is a well-established, privately owned specialist Civil Engineering contractor that has undergone a successful growth period and has become a leading player in the market, serving the residential sector.

To continue this growth, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to their expanding Commercial team at their offices in Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the commercial management of 2-3 projects concurrently, with individual values typically between £ 500,000 and £5 million.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this individual will possess an ambitious and positive mindset, working effectively within teams across the business. Previous experience delivering projects within the clients core sector is a considerable advantage.
