Your Role: We’re looking for a skilled Painter to join our maintenance team at our processing plant. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving painted surfaces across the site, including production areas, cold rooms, and external structures. Your work will play an important role in ensuring the facility remains safe, compliant, and well-presented.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prepare surfaces and apply industrial coatings, including epoxy and specialised paints
  • Maintain and repair damaged or worn surfaces across the plant, equipment, and vehicles
  • Carry out light rust removal and surface preparation, including the use of sandblasting equipment where required
  • Complete line marking and safety zone painting in line with site requirements
  • Work closely with maintenance and production teams to plan and complete works
  • Ensure all work meets site standards for safety, hygiene, and quality

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in industrial or commercial painting
  • Experience with surface preparation and application of epoxy coatings highly regarded
  • Familiarity with sandblasting equipment for light rust cleaning and preparation preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of safety procedures in an industrial environment
  • Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work some weekends and after hours as required
