Our operations span across Northern Queensland, with extensive cattle properties, backgrounding operations in Southern Queensland, state-of-the-art cattle feedlots, a fully accredited beef processing facility and global marketing capabilities. We offer a full range of Grain and Grass-fed beef categories and export to over 40 countries globally.
Your Role: Working closely with internal logistics, plant, and farm teams, you will operate tug trucks and, over time, combi lifts to safely move refrigerated containers around the plant while also supporting day-to-day farm operations. You will play an important role in ensuring containers are correctly positioned, temperature-controlled, and ready for daily transport, while assisting with tasks such as mowing, whipper snipping, tractor driving, hay and property maintenance, and irrigation support (training provided). This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same, working as part of a team across a 7-day roster and directly contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the plant and surrounding property.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Mowing, whipper snipping, and maintaining the property to keep it in top condition
- Operating and driving tractors safely across the farm
- Assisting with daily tasks on a working hay farm
- Learning and supporting irrigation operations (full training provided)
- Working hands-on with the team across a seven-day roster
- Contributing to the smooth, day-to-day running of both plant and farm operations
Who We're Looking For:
- Hold a valid manual driver's license

- Work independently while following directions

- Physically fit for hands-on outdoor work
