They own client success end-to-end while actively contributing to strategy, commercial growth and exceptional creative work.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Leadership & Strategic Partnership
- Become the trusted advisor for senior clients, building relationships that extend far beyond individual projects.
- Take complete ownership of the health, growth and success of your client portfolio, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and every engagement delivers exceptional value.
- Anticipate client needs, business challenges and opportunities before they are identified by the client themselves.
- Confidently advise CEOs, founders, CMOs and senior leadership teams on business strategy, brand transformation, cultural relevance, innovation, partnerships and growth.Lead strategic conversations, facilitate workshops and navigate complex stakeholder discussions with confidence and clarity.
Strategic Consulting
- Develop strategic narratives, positioning, cultural platforms and growth strategies that create long-term business impact.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear strategic recommendations and actionable solutions.

- Take full ownership of the client relationship from strategic direction through final delivery.
- Act as the quality gate across all client work, ensuring every deliverable reflects STAN's creative standards.

- Ensure projects are delivered with excellence, consistency and attention to detail.
Business Growth

Strategic Leader
- Typically 8+ years of experience in a leading creative agency, brand, innovation or strategic consultancy, with significant experience advising senior clients and leading multidisciplinary engagements.
- Extensive experience leading international client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, brand transformation, cultural strategy, innovation, experience design and integrated communications.
- Proven ability to translate complex business and brand challenges into clear strategic recommendations and confidently present them to senior decision-makers.
