We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to help us build the #1 triathlon training app
You may have spent years leading marketing at an up-and-coming consumer brand, built your own indie brand from scratch, or worked in a marketing role at a fast-paced startup.
About Stamina
Stamina Technologies is the company behind Stamina: the triathlon training app. Since launching in October 2025, we've gained 40,000+ app installs, with hundreds of athletes crossing the finish line every weekend. We’re on a mission to build the #1 multi-sport endurance training app in the world.
The role
This is a very demanding, hands-on role at a fast-growing fitness startup. You’ll work directly with the CEO, who runs growth today, and be the person who makes our marketing happen. You’ll own:
- Paid social: planning, launching and optimising our Meta ads, from creative briefs and budgets to weekly reporting and deciding what to test next. When it makes sense, you’ll test new channels too.
- Email marketing: onboarding, turning new users into subscribers, win-backs, newsletters and launches, from segmentation and copy to testing and results.
- Creative production : briefing designers, agencies and creators, giving clear feedback, and getting assets delivered on time and on brand.
- Creator and podcast partnerships : the day-to-day running of our partnerships, from briefs and content calendars to contracts, payments and tracking results.
- Race campaigns : campaigns around the races our athletes are training for and the big moments of the triathlon season.
- Copy : ads, emails, landing pages, App Store listings and push notifications, wherever words are needed.
- Keeping it all together: the marketing calendar, budgets, tools and reporting, so we always know what’s live, what’s working and what’s next.
A lot of this is unglamorous work: briefs, deadlines, ad accounts, email schedules and spreadsheets. If you love getting those things right, you’ll love this job.
What we’re looking for
- Marketing experience : 2+ years in a hands-on marketing role, ideally at a consumer app, startup or fast-growing D2C brand.
- Paid social : you’ve run Meta ads yourself. You’ve built campaigns in Ads Manager, tested creative, managed budgets and reported on CAC and ROAS, and you know why the numbers in Meta never quite match the numbers in your own dashboard.
- Email : you’ve run campaigns end to end, from automated flows to one-off sends, in a tool like Customer.io, Braze, Iterable or Klaviyo. You’ve built segments and A/B tested what you send.
- Working with designers, agencies and creators : you’ve done it before, so you write briefs people can actually work from, give clear feedback, and get things delivered on time.
- Copywriting : you’ve written ads, emails, landing pages and App Store listings that convert, in a brand’s voice and without it sounding like marketing.
We also value:
- High level of organisation: you keep a lot of plates spinning without dropping any, and everyone always knows where things stand.
- Hustle : you get things done without waiting to be asked, and no task is beneath you.
- Comfort with numbers: you can pull your own data, build a solid spreadsheet, and tell us what’s working and what isn’t, even when it’s not what we want to hear.
- Taste : you know good creative when you see it, and you care about how Stamina looks and sounds everywhere.
- Fun to be around : we spend a lot of time together, in the office, at training and traveling to races.
You should also know how to use AI well: for first drafts, ad variations and digging through results faster, without letting it make everything sound the same.
Being into endurance sports is a big plus. We don’t care how fast you are, we care that you enjoy it / are interested in it.
- 1 race entry on us per year + weekly team workouts
- Flexible working with 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
