The Marketing Executive (Content Creator) will play a central role in delivering the school’s marketing and communications strategy, supporting student recruitment, digital presence, and community engagement. This is a broad, hands‑on role requiring a highly organised and creative individual who can execute campaigns across digital, print, events, and content – ensuring consistency of the Stamford School brand and driving measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Delivery & Admissions Marketing: Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to drive enquiries and registrations. Assist in key recruitment cycles (Year 7, Sixth Form, International, Boarding). Coordinate campaign assets across digital, print, and outdoor channels. Track campaign performance and optimise activity based on insights.
- Digital Marketing & Website: Maintain and update the School website (CMS management). Optimise landing pages to improve conversion journeys. Support SEO and content strategy to increase organic traffic. Upload and manage content including news, events, and admissions pages.
- Social Media & Content Creation: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook). Create and upload paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager. Capture and edit photo/video content (events, sport, boarding life, academics). Develop storytelling content aligned to key campaigns (e.g., Made by Stamford). Monitor engagement and performance metrics.
- Events & Experience Marketing: Support the delivery of Open Days, Taster Events, and community events. Capture content during events for real‑time and future use.
- Brand & Communications: Ensure all outputs align with Stamford School brand guidelines. Assist with copywriting across brochures, emails, website, and advertising. Support PR activity including press releases and media engagement. Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.
- Design & Creative Support: Create marketing assets using tools such as Canva/Adobe (social graphics, flyers, presentations). Brief and liaise with external designers and agencies where required. Adapt creative for multiple formats and channels.
- Data, Insights & CRM: Support management of CRM systems (e.g., admissions funnel tracking). Analyse campaign performance (Google Analytics, social insights, email metrics). Produce regular reports on marketing outcomes.
- Partnerships & Community Engagement: Support partnerships with local organisations, feeder schools, and clubs. Contribute to community‑facing campaigns and storytelling.
