We are seeking Lifeguards and Leisure Assistants to support daily operations at the Sports Centre. This vital role ensures the safety and education of our swimmers.

The Duty Team, composed of three full-time staff members, manages the facilities and oversees the safety and management of cleaners, lifeguards, swim teachers, and coaching staff.

Stamford School operates a successful Swim School at the Sports Centre.

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (we can provide this).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with colleagues and the public.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and perform lifeguarding duties effectively.
  • Dedication to excellent customer service.
