We are seeking a proactive, detail orientated, organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator/Account Manager to join our growing team.
This role combines account management, sales support, business administration, purchasing, order processing and supplier contact ensuring excellent service delivery to existing and prospective customers.
Working Hours - In house role no remote working Monday- Thursday 07:45 -16:45 Friday - 07:45 - 14:00 Key Responsibilities Manage and develop customer accounts and relationships.
Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and maintain CRM records Provide sales support and follow up opportunities.
Review and understand technical drawings and customer specifications.
Liaise with production, engineering, and operational teams.
Maintain accurate business administration records and reports.
