We're Hiring! Apprenticeship Administrator
Are you an organised, proactive and detail-driven administrator who enjoys supporting others and making things run smoothly?

If so, we'd love you to join us at Stamford College as our Apprenticeship Administrator.
Working closely with our Group Apprenticeship Development Manager, you'll play a key part in supporting the administration of our apprenticeship provision and helping us maintain the highest standards for learners, employers and staff.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Ensuring all Apprenticeship documentation meets Df E compliance and audit standards
- Processing Apprenticeship completions, transfers and withdrawals
- Processing enrolments in liaison with the Management Information
- Services (MIS) team
- Checking Data Lock reports and carrying out actions to resolve
- Processing employer incentive payments in liaison with the Finance team
- Other general admin duties including enquiries into the inbox
About You
- A Level 3 qualification in a relevant area and Level 2 English & Maths
- Strong administrative experience in a busy environment
- Confidence communicating with learners, employers and staff
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and the ability to work under pressure
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A collaborative, team-focused approach with a positive attitude
- The ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Experience with apprenticeships or FE systems is a bonus-but not essential.
