We're Hiring! Apprenticeship Administrator

Are you an organised, proactive and detail-driven administrator who enjoys supporting others and making things run smoothly?

Do you thrive in a friendly team environment where each day brings a new challenge?

If so, we'd love you to join us at Stamford College as our Apprenticeship Administrator.

Working closely with our Group Apprenticeship Development Manager, you'll play a key part in supporting the administration of our apprenticeship provision and helping us maintain the highest standards for learners, employers and staff.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Ensuring all Apprenticeship documentation meets Df E compliance and audit standards
  • Processing Apprenticeship completions, transfers and withdrawals
  • Processing enrolments in liaison with the Management Information
  • Services (MIS) team
  • Checking Data Lock reports and carrying out actions to resolve
  • Processing employer incentive payments in liaison with the Finance team
  • Other general admin duties including enquiries into the inbox

About You

  • A Level 3 qualification in a relevant area and Level 2 English & Maths
  • Strong administrative experience in a busy environment
  • Confidence communicating with learners, employers and staff
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and the ability to work under pressure
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach with a positive attitude
  • The ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Experience with apprenticeships or FE systems is a bonus-but not essential.
