What you’ll be doing as Chef de Partie?

Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment. As a key member of the brigade, you will have an attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. You will have previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment. You may also be a commis who is looking to progress.

The Stamford Bridge is a mere two miles from the Roman city of Chester, with its numerous tourist attractions and only ten minutes from the famous Chester Zoo. With its wonderful views over the Cheshire Plains, Stamford Bridge is the perfect place to enjoy the lighter evenings in its warm & welcoming atmosphere or while away the wintery nights by the log fires. The extensive food menu features an array of dishes to suit all tastes including delicious burgers, classic mains and succulent grills. We are proud to serve a great selection of high quality cask beers offering a wide range of styles and flavours.
