The Stamford Bridge Hotel is seeking a charming and engaging Receptionist with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Reception Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.

Responsibilities:

  • Giving our guests a memorable welcome and lasting impression
  • Providing exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products, services and facilities
  • Ensuring that the daily task list is completed effectively
  • Working collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
  • Taking initiative in accommodating our guests' needs in a resourceful manner

Qualifications:

  • Excellent guest engagement skills
  • An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
  • Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly
  • The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
  • A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
