Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all control measures set by HOD are followed at all times.
  • Demonstrate the ability to proactively prioritise the needs of the departments and effectively manage resources and time.
  • Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures.
  • Demonstrating personal ownership of the tasks and follow through to get optimal results.
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects when required.
  • Perform turndown duties when required.
  • Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality service.

Qualifications

  • Housekeeping Assistant experience.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
  • The ability to communicate and organise yourself in line with different guest expectations.
  • A good command of English is essential; a second language is advantageous.
