Responsibilities
- Ensuring all control measures set by HOD are followed at all times.
- Demonstrate the ability to proactively prioritise the needs of the departments and effectively manage resources and time.
- Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures.
- Demonstrating personal ownership of the tasks and follow through to get optimal results.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects when required.
- Perform turndown duties when required.
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality service.
Qualifications
- Housekeeping Assistant experience.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
- The ability to communicate and organise yourself in line with different guest expectations.
- A good command of English is essential; a second language is advantageous.
