Stamford Bridge Hotel is seeking a charming and engaging Food and Beverage Assistant with a passion for service excellence.

You will report to the Food and Beverage Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the restaurant.
A Food and Beverage Assistant will:
  • Be highly courteous and give our guests a memorable service and lasting impression.
  • Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities.
  • Ensure that the daily task list is completed effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences.
  • Take initiative in accommodating our guests’ needs in a resourceful manner.
To be successful in the role of Food and Beverage Assistant, we require:
  • Excellent guest engagement skills.
  • An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
  • The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations.
  • A good command of English is essential; a second language is advantageous.
