We have taken details of a new role with a large FM service provider for a Van Mobile Fabric / Handyman.
Full time salary: £36,000
Van mobile role must be FM experienced and have a UK driving licence. Will be mainly covering London & home counties.
Role will mainly be carrying out compliance tasks and small fabric works, must know their way around a plant room, and will be expected to join the on-call rota currently 1 in 5. Standby allowance and overtime rates will apply.
It is important that candidates are computer literate, able to use CAFM systems, presentable, and communicate well. The role is 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and travel is paid after an hour each way as long as a core 8 hours has been completed onsite.
Basic DBS, Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP, NVQ Level 2 relevant trade required.
Temp to perm equivalent salary: £36,000 plus van.
Ideally located West / North to East London close to M25, may be required to visit sites in Southampton, Oxford, and as far as Norwich. Travel paid after 1 hour each way.
We will require a current/up-to-date CV along with proof of ID/Right to work, copies of any trade-related qualifications, and a copy of your UK driving licence.
