We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in modern commercial maintenance from the perspective of a service provider. This is a two-person site and you will be working with another very experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • 80% of the job is on the tools and involved with the delivery of the maintenance contract.
  • Managing the activities of the PPM regime and updates to the reactive calls.
  • Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld.
  • Escorting the visiting contractors and the engineering services.
  • Responsible for the actioning RAMS (with admin support).
  • Providing technical support to the engineering team.
  • Carrying out additional small works projects.

About You:

  • Fully Qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC Hard Services.
  • Good working experience of BMS, Delmatic or Simmtronic and CAFM systems.
  • Experienced in maintenance of large-scale building services applications.
