Electrical Maintenance Engineer required for a National FM Service provider to be based on a static site in Nottingham Central, working a 3 day week. The site is a multi storey Commercial office building with a resident High End legal company.
This role is 3 days a week / 8 hours a day – flexible on which full days week by week, ideally 7am-4pm, with 1 hour for lunch.
- General Building Services Maintenance
- Reactive works
- Covering PPMS on Electrical and HVAC plant
- Building Inspections checking lights – No LED Required
Requirements:
- 18th edition C&G or NVQ Level 2/3
- Specialist tools will be provided but own basic hand tools required
- DBS, Asbestos Awareness UKATA or ITAP
- Familiarity with CAFM Systems and be IT literate
- Be smart and presentable with excellent communication skills
This is a temp to perm role and expected to last at least 5/6 months as the current lease of this office is expiring at the end of 2026. The client on site are moving to new offices in Central Nottingham and this role will transfer to the new building, hence the temp to perm basis.
Pay rate will be £24 p/hour PAYE and the equivalent salary of around £45k PA, plus usual benefits. Applicants will be subject to right to work and certificate validation checks and once completed will be an immediate start ideally week commencing 11th May or ASAP.
