We are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical/mechanical bias to work on behalf of a building services maintenance provider. You will be a Mobile Engineer based at two airports in Cardiff and Bristol respectively. A van and fuel card will be provided.
Working Hours: M-F, 8-5
Duties of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- Planned Maintenance on Electrical / Building Services plant, undertaking reactives, PPM's and occasional installation works.
- Conduct site walk rounds and completing reports.
- Checking UPS systems.
- Testing fire alarms.
- Checking / repairing lighting / lamps / ballasts / LED's etc.
- Installing new boards / motors etc.
- Minor alterations to BMS set points.
- General Building services to HVAC / Electrical plant.
