We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician with a strong M&E maintenance understanding to work for one of the UK’s fastest growing maintenance service providers located at a prestigious commercial campus facility in Stratford.
You will need to have a strong understanding of modern commercial maintenance from the perspective of a service provider. The contract has been mobilised, and the maintenance service provider has been appointed for a year now with a well-established management team already on board.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Electrician:- 80% of the job is on the tools and involved with the delivery of the maintenance contract.
- Managing the activities of the PPM regime and updates to the reactive calls.
- Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld.
- Escorting the visiting contractors and the engineering services.
- Responsible for the actioning RAMS (with admin support).
- Providing technical support to the engineering team.
- Carrying out additional small works projects.
- Fully Qualified Electrician.
- Good working experience of power and lighting circuits.
- Experience with LV distribution systems would be desirable.
- Desire to progress in your career.
This is a busy commercial campus facility and there is a huge amount of overtime available.
