This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with leadership experience to take responsibility for shift-based service delivery and ensure critical systems operate smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Shift Engineer:
- Supervise and coordinate shift engineers to deliver planned and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure all engineering tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Monitor and operate building systems including HVAC, BMS, UPS, and emergency power.
- Conduct shift handovers, maintain accurate logs, and escalate issues as required.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with permits and procedures.
